Title Iron Castings with Rosettes (Louisville Foundries Cast Iron Architecture)
Description Plaster walking stick painted gold that resembles a natural tree branch. On the front side of the walking stick at approximately 22.5" from the bottom moving up the stick is a facade with a pair of work gloves at the base, a sign reading "Foundries". There is a stack of gold bars 12" to 20" from the top there is an iron form and a pot of molten metal tipped on its side. The liquid is dripping down over the turning fork. There is a hammer at the top with "1995" cut into it.
Provenance Used to create the molds on the tree guards representing Louisville Foundries Cast Iron Architecture at 813-815 West Main Street in Louisville, Kentucky.
