Title Fire Fighter's Flame Memorial
Description The Fire Fighter's Flame Memorial located outside of Louisville Fire Department Headquarters at 1135 West Jefferson Street was created by Kentucky artist Garry Bibbs to commemorate Louisville firefighters fallen in the line of duty. The stainless steel sculpture consists of an abstract flame leaping from a stone base as a hose and ladder swirl about it in an attempt to control the blaze.
