Provenance Originally presented to the State of Kentucky by Isaac and Bernard Bernheim in May 1910. Ownership of the bust was officially transferred to the Louisville Free Public Library at the request of the Bernheim brothers on February 24, 1914. Prior to being moved to the Crescent HIll Branch, the bust was located in the Main Library Branch.
